001 — First Product
CORVO-001 is built around mass, balance, and modularity: a sculpted teardrop crown machined as a single form, with a steel vehicle-thread insert seated low in the body as functional ballast.
COR-001Materials
Each material is its own expression of the same locked Rev A form — different mass, different aging, different presence in the cabin. Aluminum leads; titanium and brass follow validation.

Engineering
The steel insert is both thread interface and ballast, holding the center of gravity 0.3 mm off the geometric midplane. The whole assembly is serviceable — designed to come apart on purpose, and only on purpose.
Development Status
The first Rev A physical prototype has been ordered. Every stage after it depends on what the hardware teaches us.
