The longest-standing open item on the program is closed. Anti-rotation and axial retention are now handled by two separate positive joints: a Ø16 mm hex form-lock and an M6 service screw. No adhesive in either load path.

The first physical CORVO-001 Rev A prototype has been ordered. The program moves from digital engineering to hardware.

The exterior profile was locked as the Rev A provisional baseline: 64 mm tall, Ø50 crown carried above the midplane, one continuous machined form.

The internal adapter bore was reduced from Ø22 mm to Ø19 mm, preserving a validated 5.5 mm neck wall around the insert.

The below-midplane mass band was set at 40–48%. The Rev A aluminum assembly calculates to 42.6%, with the center of gravity 0.2 mm above the geometric midplane.

The original ~250 g aluminum target was mathematically unreachable inside the approved envelope. The target was revised to 205–220 g and formally replaced, not quietly kept.
